Background

I’m a Data Analyst and Full Stack Developer based in Kuala Lumpur, with 4+ years of experience at the intersection of data, software, automation and AI.

I turn complex business problems into practical, scalable solutions: automated dashboards and reporting with Python, SQL and Power BI, data platforms and APIs, and custom web applications across frontend and backend. I also design automated testing workflows with frameworks such as Playwright.

What interests me most is choosing the right technology for the right problem, especially where AI, data, automation and software development meet to make business processes smarter, faster and more efficient.

AI-Workflow: AI Business Automation Platform

A complete AI business automation platform, built solo. Describe a goal in plain language and AI turns it into a workflow that people review and approve before it runs.

Natural-language goals turned into structured workflows of nodes and connections
Visual canvas to review, edit and approve every workflow (React, @xyflow/react)
Every AI-generated workflow is validated before it runs
Long-running workflows execute in the background on Redis and BullMQ workers
AI gateway across OpenAI, DeepSeek, Gemini, Groq and OpenRouter, routing each request by task, privacy, cost and availability
AI agents that reason, use approved tools and work step by step within set limits
Human-in-the-loop approvals pause sensitive actions until someone signs off
Connectors for HTTP APIs, email, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Slack, GitHub, Google Sheets and Google Drive, plus OAuth and inbound webhooks
Credentials are encrypted and referenced, never stored inside workflow definitions
Document processing and RAG knowledge bases: chunking, embeddings, vector search and reranking
Autonomous tasks that plan, verify results, recover from failures and pause safely
Run monitoring down to each node: activity, errors, approvals and results

How this site is built

Designed and built by hand by Shariful: no template, theme or page builder.

The background is a live Three.js simulation: up to 262,144 particles computed on the graphics card with custom GLSL shaders, re-forming into a new shape on every page. Quality adapts to each device, from phones to desktops.

Written in TypeScript with Vite. The 3D engine loads in parallel with the page, so the content appears first.

Accessible by design: full keyboard control, screen-reader labels, reduced-motion support and a text-only version. Lighthouse scores 100 for Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO.
